1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Luzianne Tea "Specially Blended" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), sponsored by Reily Foods Company ("Sponsor"), begins on January 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live, or members of the same households [whether related or not]) of Reily Foods Company, its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prize. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter:

On-line: Visit www.SpeciallyBlended.com (the "Sweepstakes Site") during the Entry Period, complete the on-line registration form, and submit so your entry is received by Sponsor's Internet server no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2011. To complete the on-line registration form, you will need an entry code which is available during the Entry Period by one of the following means: [a] by purchasing a specially marked package of Luzianne Tea which includes an entry code printed inside the package; or [b] by following instructions during the on-line entry process to obtain a free entry code instantly without purchase. Entry codes act as a "key" to allow on-line entry into the Sweepstakes but do not affect the determination of the winner.

By Mail: Hand print your name, complete address, phone number, and age on a postcard and mail it to be postmarked by December 31, 2011 and received by January 7, 2012 to: Specially Blended Entry, PMI Station, PO Box 3530, Southbury, CT 06488-3530. No mechanical reproductions permitted.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per day during the Entry Period, regardless of means of entry. Entries will be disqualified if they are late, incomplete, and/or in excess of the stated entry limits. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The use of any devices to automate entry, including but not limited to, entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, hack, on-line sweepstakes service or form-filling software (or any other devices intended to automate any part of the entry process) to gain an entry into this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. If Sponsor or independent judging agency, in its sole discretion, determines that any entrant has used any device to automate or subvert the entry process, all entries from that entrant will be void and future entry attempts by the entrant at issue may be blocked.

4. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a recreational vehicle selected by Sponsor, approximate retail value Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) (the "Vehicle"). Vehicle will be previously titled and as such should be considered "used" when being titled by the winner in his/her jurisdiction of residence. Model, color, model year, options, and current mileage of the Vehicle will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Vehicle will be awarded solely with any express written limited transferrable warranties as set forth in the Vehicle's applicable Owner's Guide, if any. Apart from any applicable remaining manufacturer warranties, if any, the Vehicle will be awarded on an "AS-IS" basis without warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind express or implied by Sponsor (including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, safety, durability, reliability, and/or performance). Grand Prize winner will have thirty (30) days from notice of availability to pick up the Vehicle at a location selected by Sponsor within proximity to winner's home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must present a valid driver's license, evidence of insurance and any other information required by Sponsor in order to pick up the Vehicle. If the winner does not pick up the Vehicle within such thirty (30) day period or otherwise fails to satisfy the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, the Vehicle will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, including incremental income taxes; license, title and registration fees; insurance; travel to/from the pick-up location determined by Sponsor; and any other expenses related to acceptance and use of the Vehicle. Prize Vehicle may differ from any vehicle depicted in Sweepstakes advertising and promotional materials.

5. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. For tax reporting purposes, the Grand Prize winner will be required to provide Sponsor with his/her valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a notarized affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within time period specified in potential winner's notification letter. If any potential winner is 18 years of age or older as required for entry, but not yet of the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of entrant's parent or legal guardian, who must satisfy all requirements of these Official Rules. Any winner may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion if any required documents are not completed and returned within the required time period, or if winner fails to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules. In the event of disqualification of a winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries, pending verification of eligibility.

6. RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION/ODDS: On or about January 16, 2012, an independent judging organization will select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or telephone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. GENERAL: Sweepstakes Entities and Internet access providers are not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected or postage-due entries or mail, or for any technical malfunction, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure in connection with any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entries are void if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, forged, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished or made available in connection with the Sweepstakes. Although Sponsor attempts to ensure the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for the actions of entrants or other individuals in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entrants' or other individuals' attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer(s), other equipment, or person(s), related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or using the Sweepstakes Site. In the event of any conflict between any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes advertising materials, the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, by reason of any acts of God, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, strikes or legal disputes (whether legal or illegal), industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the Sweepstakes, and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Screen shots or any other evidence of entry submission will not be deemed receipt of any such entry. Entry must be made by the entrant and via the means described above in Section 3 only. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder to whom the email address (as declared in such entry) is registered at the time of entry.

8. RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, the potential winner consents to use of his/her name, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for this and similar promotions without compensation, and may be required to provide a signed release acknowledging such consent. Moreover, by entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, the potential prize winner agrees to grant to Sponsor, and its licensees, affiliates, and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the prize winner's name, likeness (actual or simulated), voice (actual or simulated), and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. CONDUCT: BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS (A) FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BY ALL DECISIONS OF SPONSOR (WHICH DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DECISIONS REGARDING ELIGIBILITY, WINNER AND THE INTERPRETATION OF TERMS USED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (B) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE; AND (C) AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR DEEM INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES OR OTHER PROMOTIONS, ANY INDIVIDUAL IT SUSPECTS: (A) TO BE TAMPERING WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE; (B) TO BE ACTING IN VIOLATION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE'S TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY OR OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS OR GUIDELINES; (C) TO BE ACTING IN BAD FAITH OR IN A DISRUPTIVE MANNER, OR WITH THE INTENT TO ANNOY, ABUSE, THREATEN OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON; (D) TO HAVE FAILED TO AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES; OR (E) TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY INTERNET SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS WELL AS CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SPONSOR BELIEVE OR BECOME AWARE THAT SUCH AN ATTEMPT HAS BEEN, IS BEING, OR WILL BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE ENTRANT(S) AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL(S) FOR THE ATTEMPTED DAMAGE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

10. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS FOREVER AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, AND EACH OF THEIR PARENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES, ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY AND THE COLLECTION, USE AND/OR SHARING BY SPONSOR OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF THE ENTRANTS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE, THE REMOVAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS, OR SUBSTITUTIONS OR ANY ACT OR OMISSIONS WHATSOEVER BY THE AIR CARRIER(S), HOTEL(S) OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES OR ANY OTHER PERSONS PROVIDING ANY OF THESE SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS TO PRIZE WINNER OR HIS/HER GUESTS HEREUNDER, INCLUDING ANY RESULTS THEREOF SUCH AS CHANGES IN SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS NECESSITATED BY SAME. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES, ALL PRIZES, AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Louisiana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Louisiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Louisiana.

13. PRIVACY:: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules. If you do not want your e-mail address used for future marketing and promotional purposes, please do not check the opt-in box on the entry form. Regardless, if you are chosen as a potential winner your entry information will be shared with the appropriate third parties for the purposes of winner verification, prize fulfillment, and winner reporting requirements.

14. SEVERABILITY/HEADINGS: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.
